World School Chess Championship 2023

The World Championship in School Chess took place in Rhodes, Greece where 530 children (ages 8-18) competed in 9 rounds to become the world champion.

Sarah Sima Derlich from S1DA came in a shared 10th place in the G13 group, winning 5/9 games.
Sarah (who previously won Danmarks mester U10 and nordisk mester G13) is enjoying her studies at European School Copenhagen in the beautiful scenery of the Carlsberg campus.
