Upper secondary school (gymnasium) opening in August 2020
We are delighted to announce that the European School Copenhagen will open the upper secondary educational cycle (equivalent to Danish gymnasium) in August 2020.
Applicants will have the option of applying for Secondary 5 (equivalent to 1.g.) with either Danish or English as the primary language of instruction.
As a European School, we offer a comprehensive multilingual curriculum with a combination of language, humanities and science subjects. Many of these subjects are taught in more than one language and as a result, you achieve a high academic level in several languages.
Besides high academic standards, we also offer an exciting international learning environment with students from many different countries and great new facilities, centrally located in Carlsberg Byen in Copenhagen.
Students who successfully complete Secondary 5 to Secondary 7 are awarded the European Baccalaureate (EB) diploma, which is an officially recognised entry qualification for higher education in all the EU countries and many other countries.
If you would like to be a part of the exciting life at the European School Copenhagen, you can apply from 1st January to 1st March 2020. More information will be available on our website escph.dk soon.
You can sign up already now for our information evening on the 13th January at 19:00.
