French fairy tales and comic strips

Recently, in French class, the P4 students read and studied the fairy tale “La Belle au Bois-Dormant”. The children then adapted the story into a comic strip format using the vocabulary they had learnt. Comic strips are a much loved art form in the French speaking world and are referred to as BD (Bandes dessinées). Bravo les artistes !
